The BZA Balance is our signature refresh treatment designed for clients who want a little smoothing, a little structure, and a naturally balanced result. This treatment includes 56 units of tox placed where your facial movement needs softening most, along with two syringes of dermal filler placed where your face needs support, lift, or subtle volume restoration.
Rather than treating one wrinkle or feature at a time, The BZA Balance takes a customized full-face approach to create harmony between movement, volume, and structure. By softening overactive facial movement and restoring gentle support in areas of volume loss, this treatment helps lift the look of the face, refine your natural features, and create a soft, refreshed result without looking overdone.

Together, we review your aesthetic concerns and goals, assess your facial anatomy, and create a customized treatment plan.
To support your comfort, numbing cream or a local anesthetic may be applied before treatment begins. The treatment areas are gently cleansed and mapped with a skin-safe marking pen to ensure precise, intentional placement for your desired results.
Tox and dermal filler is strategically injected into targeted facial muscles and areas using a thin needle or cannula.
Tox results take 14 days to achieve full improvement. While with dermal filler you’ll see visible improvement right away, with final results appearing over 2-3 weeks.
-Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for one week before your appointment.
-No alcohol consumption 24 hours prior to treatment.
-Come with a clean face, free of makeup.
-Schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before any important events or vacations.
Avoid pressure to the face/head for 4 hours. This means avoiding:-Layng down
-Hat, headbands or tight headwear
-Touching, rubbing or massaging the area(s)
-Washing your face
For 3 days avoid anything that causes flushing or increased circulation to the face including:
-Exercise, sweating, excessive heat
-Hot showers
-Saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, etc.
-Alcohol
Avoid other facial treatments, such as lasers, peels, microneedling, facials for 7 days.
Dermal fillers are injectable substances used to restore volume and contour various areas of the face. The fillers we use are made from hyaluronic acid and are reversible. The use of fillers can eliminate wrinkles, plump and replace facial volume loss, hydrate and define the lips, and volumize creases and folds of the face. The types of dermal fillers available vary in composition and longevity. At BZA, we use dermal fillers from the Juvederm, Restylane, and Evolysse portfolios. Each type serves a specific purpose, allowing us to tailor your treatment to you.
Tox – forehead lines, scowl lines (11s) and/or crow’s feet.
Dermal filler – cheeks, chin and/or jawline.
The BZA Balance is a great fit for clients who want a subtle refresh, softer expression lines, and light facial structure without a dramatic change. It’s ideal for someone who wants to look smoother, more polished, and naturally enhanced while still keeping their results soft and undetectable.
Tox is not suitable for clients who are pregnant or nursing, allergic to eggs or albumin, and/or have a neuromuscular or neurological condition.
Filler is not suitable for clients who are pregnant or nursing, currently on antibiotics, experiencing an autoimmune flare, receiving immunosuppressive therapy, living with a neuromuscular or neurological condition. Clients with a history of keloid scarring, who have active lesions, a psoriasis flare, a cold sore outbreak, skin irritation in the treatment area or who have anaphylactic reactions to bee stings/bee pollen are also not good candidates.
